"ourStory": "Halifax Fitness Project started in 2024 with just a handful of friends meeting at a local park to exercise before work. We were inspired by movements like the November Project and wanted to create something similar for our community. Today we've grown into a thriving community of fitness enthusiasts who show up regardless of weather conditions, challenging ourselves and inspiring others to join in the fun. Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels, and we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels like they belong from day one.",
